Supports EV flash-charging projects from planning to delivery, coordinating teams to ensure safe, timely, compliant, and budget-aligned deployment.
Job Summary
The Project Engineer is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of EV flash charging infrastructure projects. This role works closely with engineering, contractors, utility providers, and business stakeholders to ensure charging stations are deployed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
Job Descriptions
Support the planning and execution of flash charging infrastructure projects from site assessment through commissioning and handover.
Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and technical evaluations to determine project requirements and installation readiness.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, utility companies, landlords, and government authorities throughout project implementation.
Review engineering drawings, technical specifications, project schedules, and construction progress to ensure quality standards are met.
Monitor project timelines, costs, risks, and deliverables, escalating issues and recommending corrective actions when necessary.
Assist with installation, testing, commissioning, and acceptance activities for charging equipment and supporting infrastructure.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical standards, company policies, and local permitting requirements.
Prepare project reports, technical documentation, progress updates, and project completion records.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in project engineering, infrastructure development, construction management, electrical systems, or EV charging projects.
Knowledge of EV charging infrastructure, power distribution systems, electrical installations, and construction processes.
Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.
Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is preferred.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
