Robotic Engineer
Robotic Engineer: Design, program, and troubleshoot welding robots (KUKA) for spot/arc welding. Teach paths, simulate offline, and integrate robot-PLC signals with on-site support.
Key Responsibilities
Design and integrate robotic systems for KUKA spot welding, arc welding, and door cover edge welding applications.
Perform robot teaching, path simulation, and offline/online path programming.
Develop robot control programs, set PLC signal interactions, and design emergency stop interlocks.
Design robot-to-PLC communication, and select appropriate robot hardware, payload, and reach/accessibility.
Coordinate signal interfacing between robots and welding machines, including equipment communication and synchronization.
Provide on-site troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and maintenance support for robotic systems.
Follow and implement company safety, quality, and process requirements throughout all project stages.
Requirements
Minimum of Diploma Degree in Robotic Engineer
1-3 years of similar working experience
