【Equipment Engineer】

1. According to the company's quality management system and equipment management procedures, do related management works such as equipment management, operation and maintenance,etc., ensuring that the production equipment can maintain normal productivity, and ensuring that the equipment performance meets the quality of products and production goals;

2. Maintain the production equipment, promptly diagnose and address malfunctions occuring during the equipment production process, and carry out repairs to make sure the normal operation of the equipment, which will not affect the production;

3. Prepare equipment maintenance procedures, operating procedures, and other guiding documents related to equipment, and be responsible for formulating the annual maintenance, testing, and inspection plan for equipment;

4. Participate in the technical assessment of equipment and related spare parts during scrapping process.

5. Resolve difficult and abnormal problems such as equipment maintenance and repair, and offer technical support as part of routine technical assurance duties;

6. Analyze the causes of damage to equipment parts, aiming to perform maintenance before breakdowns occur, replace old and damaged spare parts, and be responsible for the maintenance management of equipment parts.

【Electrical Engineer】

1. Responsible for the development of the electrical part of the project equipment according to the company's development strategy in order to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

2. Responsible for the electrical design, program writing, and on-site debugging of non-standard automation equipment;

3. Estimate the design cost and manufacturing cost of the electrical part of the non-standard equipment, and be responsible for selecting the purchased components used in the equipment;

4, cooperate with mechanical engineers to complete the design, transformation, and provide technical guidance, coordination, and communication on-site;

5. Responsible for the design, programming and testing of the product project, and cooperate with the standardization work of the whole process.

Requirements:

1. Level english is advanced or chinese is able to speak is preferred;

2. 1-3 years of experience;

3. Bachelor degree, education major is electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, industrial engineering
