【Material Control Specialist】

1. According to the production plan, execute and follow up on the arrival of materials, control and analyze the consumption of materials and the flow of materials to ensure the normal production of the production department;

2. Control the reasonable amount of safety stock to reduce inventory costs;

3. Assist in completing the procurement plan for purchased production materials, and follow up to ensure its implementation;

4. Complete the material demand application and follow-up;

5. Complete the supervision and control of the entry and exit of materials in the warehouse;

6. Completing the collection of various quality records and archiving them in the Comprehensive Flow Collection Department;

7. Complete the tracking and supervision of the material management in the workshop, and complete the communication and coordination work with the purchasing personnel and suppliers.

【Planning Specialist】

1. According to the company's polices, implement and supervise all material control works, and control material procurement to meet the purpose of customer delivery;

2. Execute the product delivery, capacity monitoring, and planning system construction of the branch factory;

3. Receive customer/division orders and organize departments to review orders;

4. Formulate the monthly plan and send it to Material Control for preparation. Formulate the weekly plan and send it to Product Planning for production;

5. Formulate the daily plan and organize the relavant departments reviews. Issue the daily plan and hand it over to the workshop and warehouse for production;

6. Create shipment reports and formulate delivery schedules according to the customer's delivery time. Issue the shipment plans to the warehouse for arranging the dispatches;

7. Follow up on the workshop production progress, drive the resolution of abnormalities, ensure the smooth workshop operations and facilitate proper product warehousing.

Requirements:

1. English is advanced, chinese is able to speak is preferred;

2. 1-3 years of experience;

3. Bachelor degree, education major is logistics management, accounting management，process Engineering
