Responsibilities:

1. Implement comprehensive product quality control and resolve daily quality engineering issues arising during the R&D and production processes.

2. Drive improvement initiatives for after-sales issues and major quality problems, including follow-up actions and effectiveness verification.

3. Conduct quality performance evaluations and promote the achievement of established quality targets.

4. Handle and respond to quality concerns from internal and external customers regarding various components.

5. Develop and validate inspection standards for incoming materials, in-process control, and finished products.

6. Monitor process capability for incoming materials, on-site production, and finished goods, and coordinate relevant stakeholders to address and resolve abnormalities.

7. Implement the company's information security management policies and requirements, and supervise as well as report any information security violations.

8. Complete other tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

1. English is advanced, chinese is able to speak is preferred;

2. 3-5 year of experienced;

3. Bachelor degree, education major is mechatronics, vehicle engineering, electronic information engineering
