【Warehouse Specialist】

1. Be responsible for the overall management of the warehouse;

2. Complete the work of receiving, storing, protecting, and sending regulatory materials and products;

3. Complete the entry of warehouse documents and related warehouse report information;

4. Complete the arrangement of production material distribution and promote the shipment and distribution of products according to the plan;

5. Complete the labeling and protection of warehouse materials/products according to regulations;

6, supervise and control the execution of various processes in the warehouse, and control various process nodes;

7. Complete the supervision of the cleaning and organization of the warehouse to ensure compliance with the 5S requirements.

【Warehouse Administrator】

1. Arrange the receipt and distribution of warehouse materials, timely understand the consumption rate of workshop materials, and properly store and manage the reports;

2. Manage the storage of management reports and conduct regular inventory of materials;

3. Complete the real-time inventory check when moving materials in the warehouse to ensure that the accounts, cards, and materials are consistent;

4. Complete the classification and arrangement of warehouse materials according to the requirements of the storage environment, and ensure that the labels are consistent with the physical objects.

5. Promote the implementation of warehouse safety and 5S work.

Requirements:

1. English is advanced, chinese is able to speak is preferred;

2. 1-3 year of experience;

3. Bachelor degree, education major is logistics management, accounting management，process engineering
