Rework Operations 1. Manage the management of the rework process, including recording problem products, recording repair history, and writing reports in Indonesian or English based on the information submitted in Chinese.

2. Fully monitor the rework process and coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure completion on target.

3. Compile daily and weekly rework reports, restate repair data, and support the analysis and evaluation of problems with the engineering team.

4. Coordinate with production, inspection, and rework teams, including drafting meeting minutes and following up on coordinated results.

5. Performs administrative and other coordination tasks as directed by his superiors.

Line-side Material Warehouse

1. Manage the material management of the line-side warehouse, including material entry and exit records, inventory data updates, and documentation in Indonesian or English based on the information submitted in Chinese.

2. Monitor the availability of materials, identify potential shortages and inactive materials, and conduct periodic inventory to ensure data accuracy.

3. Draft and file materials documentation, including receipt, expenditure, and return of materials, and produce daily material movement reports.

4. Coordinate with warehouse and production team on material distribution and returns, and ensure communication and documentation are up and running.

5. Support the implementation of 5S in the line side warehouse area and perform other administrative and coordination tasks as directed by superiors.

Requirements:

1. English is advanced, chinese is able to speak is preferred;

2. 1-3 year of experience;

3. Bachelor degree, education major is mechatronics, vehicle engineering, electronic information engineering
