General Responsibilities

• Project & Operational Support: Assist departments in daily operational workflows, business execution, and cross-functional projects.

• Administrative Support Work: Manage departmental documentation, records filing, report preparation, and routine administrative operations.

• Process Optimization: Identify continuous improvement opportunities within departmental SOPs and propose practical solutions.

• Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Collaborate with multinational teams, prepare reports, and support corporate communication initiatives.

General Requirements

• Education: Fresh graduates (Bachelor's Degree / S1 or Master's Degree / S2) from reputable universities in the relevant majors (Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Statistics, IT, Law, and other related majors)

• Work Locations: Willing to be placed in Jakarta or Subang (West Java).

• Skills: Strong analytical thinking, fast learner, proactive attitude, and solid problem-solving mindset.

• Languages: Good communication skills in English or Mandarin (bilingual proficiency is a strong advantage).
